Generate Customer Contract
Pick the specific option this contract is locking in. Affects ADU description, contract amount, and site plan.
Defaults to the proposal/option total price. Edit if needed — value lands 1:1 in the contract, no auto-discount.
Pre-construction fee (the "Upon contract signing" amount). $50k default.

Standard schedule's installment due "Upon permit approval". The 6 percentage milestones split the remaining balance (total − signing − this).
"Upon contract signing" = the Phase 1 Fee above; list only the milestones AFTER it. Percent = % of the remaining balance (total − signing − fixed amounts). Preview to confirm it ties to the Contract Total.
Signer 1 is the primary customer (from the lead). Add co-owners on title; everyone signs in parallel.
